Lately, I’ve noticed my teeth feel more fragile and sensitive than before. I struggle with biting harder foods and sometimes I feel discomfort when chewing. I’m worried this might affect my oral health as I age.

As we age, teeth can naturally wear down due to enamel erosion, grinding or receding gums, which can make them feel weaker. Changes in oral health, such as bone density loss or previous dental work aging, may also contribute. At Dental Clinic Thomson, experienced dentists can assess your teeth, provide restorative treatments like crowns or fillings and recommend preventive care to strengthen your teeth and maintain a healthy, functional smile.
